Hello Dear,
Looking at your account I can see you bought platinum membership and you have only 9 Rented Referrals.And even you have 0 Direct Referrals so you made the mistake here .please create a support ticket if I can help you again in anyway as you have bought the membership plan more than 10 days ago.

Hello,
I look screenshot, your RR stopped clicking from 18 July, why you didn't recycle them?
And yes, I agree with Admin about membership type and amount of referals - you need more rented referrals that be in profit!
